Mini Contest Online, and some thoughts...

My Avatar Mini Contest is now running – check my front page or this journal [link] for more information, or send me a note!

I got an honourable mention for my participation in

‘s Within the Elements contest.

There were so many wonderful entries that this makes me feel like I placed myself, so check out the wonderful winning entries in her journal – they are spectacular!

On a different note, I was very happy to receive several requests for commissions in the past few weeks. I’m glad that there are people out there who like my work enough to ask for such things, so I’ll do my best to bring their characters to life.

Some of these commissions forced me to work with characters or settings that I probably wouldn’t have chosen on my own, so it was a lot of fun and a great learning experience as well.
