News

Back from my holidays, and I have just wonderful news to report:

First, the vacation was a blast. I had a wonderful time although I wasn’t 100% fit health-wise, and I’m certain that I’ll go back to wander the Alps one day – the scenery is so beautiful.

Second, my copy of Vue has arrived while I was away.

I so cannot wait to install it and start my first test renders, so beware!

Third, congratulations to

who caught my 51.515th pageview kiriban while I was away – I cannot wait to see what art bunny he’ll come up with.

Fourth – my “Queen of the Ancients” won the May Render Contest Challenge. I still cannot believe it, since I never win anything, so I cannot thank everyone enough who voted for my artwork – the journey back yesterday was a bit strenuous, so that news was the perfect surprise for a weary traveller!

And last but not least, a warm Welcome and Hello to my old and new watchers – thanks a lot for all the comments and favs, I’ll try to get back to you as soon as I can!

Glad to hear it was great! It does seem to require something extra when in the altitude. When I went to see the glacier, we had to walk up the side to the top and despite there being a stair and handrail I almost threw up halfway! But the second part where you get taken higher in a snow bus was ok we only had to walk off the bus onto the glacier. Did you take any photos?

Vue is another render software, but very good with large landscapes scenes and settings. I cannot wait to create my own environments!
